Payment details (bank or card info, processed securely by AppFolio).
Screening data (credit, eviction, and background check info via AppFolio FolioScreen).
Device & usage data (IP address, browser, Google Analytics tracking).

How we use information
Evaluate applications and conduct legally required screening.
Manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and communications.
Provide owners with reporting and account services.
Send appointment reminders via AppFolio text messaging.
Comply with Alabama landlord–tenant laws and legal obligations.

For leasing, we obtain consumer reports through AppFolio FolioScreen. Applicants have rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to request reports, dispute inaccuracies, and receive required notices.
